I appreciate the office staff at this apartment. So far they have been extremely helpful with the needs that I have. Whether it is issue with the apartment or general questions... The complex is nice and I enjoy seeing kids actually outside playing. The maintenance are awesome and most importantly this is actually a family oriented neighborhood...
This place has really changed over the last few months. The new manger and team are making changes. We never had the office do things for us like they are now. They gave us dads lunch on Father's Day and later we are having something for the dogs in the community! I am really starting to feel good about living here.
I read all the reviews and cannot disagree more with the negative ones about the staff. I'm currently in search of a new home due to a job transfer, and The Park at Collington is at the top of my list! The Manager, Sharri Patterson, has been extremely helpful and her staff has been as well. This is definitely a great value and I look forward to becoming a resident!
Encompassing the entire west side of Florida State University, the University neighborhood consists of several smaller neighborhoods, like Amelia Circle, Elberta Empire, and Mabry Manor. The neighborhood stretches from just north of Highway 90 south toward Seminole Golf Course and Club. Because it is so close to campus, the University consists of a variety of housing — ranch-style houses, townhomes, apartment communities, and student housing developments help make this eclectic area even more interesting. Mature trees shade the streets, and residential areas with cul-de-sacs create a suburban feel to this downtown neighborhood. Residents enjoy proximity to Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, home of the Seminoles football team.
